Objective: To determine if C‐reactive protein (CRP) concentration is elevated in spontaneously occurring canine acute pancreatitis (AP), and to measure changes in CRP during the course of hospitalization. Design: Prospective study. Setting: Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine Foster Hospital for Small Animals. Animals: Sixteen client‐owned dogs with AP and 16 healthy controls. Interventions: Blood samples were obtained from the AP group on the day of diagnosis (Day 1), and on Days 3 and 5, unless the dog died or was discharged from the hospital. Blood was obtained from the control dogs once. Measurements and main results: Serum CRP was measured using a commercial immunoassay for each dog with AP and for healthy controls. Day 1 CRP concentrations were significantly higher in the AP group (56.1±12.7 μg/mL) compared with controls (2.8±1.3 μg/mL; P<0.001). For the 7 dogs that had samples collected on all 3 days, the mean CRP concentrations decreased significantly (P=0.043) over the 5 days of measurement. Of the 16 dogs with AP, 14 were discharged from the hospital and 2 were euthanized. Conclusions: Serum CRP concentrations were elevated in this group of 16 dogs with spontaneously occurring AP. In the 7 dogs that had measurements on all 3 days, the mean CRP concentration decreased from the day of diagnosis to the measurement made 5 days later. 相似文献

研究旨在明确常山口服液治疗鸡球虫病的疗效和最佳给药剂量。试验选取90只14日龄健康雏鸡,随机分为9组,每组10只,即常山口服液组(分别为2.5、5.0、15.0、25.0、35.0、50.0 m L/L水剂量)、妥曲珠利组(1 m L/L水)、感染对照组和健康对照组。除健康对照组外,每只鸡接种7×104个柔嫩艾美耳球虫广东分离株的孢子化卵囊,饮水给药7 d,观察其疗效。结果显示,常山口服液各剂量组其盲肠和十二指肠的肿胀现象较感染对照组明显减轻,血液性内容物明显减少,抗球虫指数(ACI)分别为87.7、136.2、141.8、136.2、109.7和108.0,均高于感染对照组;常山口服液按5.0、15.0及25.0 m L/L水剂量给药,抗球虫指数均高于对照药物妥曲珠利组(ACI=124.8)。结果表明,人工感染条件下,常山口服液较化学药物妥曲珠利具有更好的抗球虫疗效,且作为中药提取物,疗效对比试验效果较为理想。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of continuous low dose infusion of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on inflammatory responses and milk production and quality in lactating dairy cows. Eight Holstein cows were assigned to two treatments in a cross‐over experimental design. Cows were infused intravenously either with saline solution or with saline solution containing LPS from Escherichia coli O111:B4 at a dose of 0.01 μg LPS/kg body weight for approximately 6 hr each day during a seven‐day trial. The clinical symptoms and milk production performance were observed. Milk samples were analysed for conventional components, fatty acids and amino acids. And jugular vein and mammary vein plasma samples were analysed for concentrations of cytokines and acute phase proteins. LPS infusion decreased feed intake and milk yield. An increase in body temperature was observed after LPS infusion. LPS infusion also increased plasma concentrations of interleukin‐1β, serum amyloid A, LPS‐binding protein, C‐reactive protein and haptoglobin. LPS infusion decreased the contents of some fatty acids, such as C17:1, C18:0, C18:1n9 (trans) and C18:2n6 (trans), and most amino acids except for methionine, threonine, histidine, cysteine, tyrosine and proline in the milk. The results indicated that a continued low dose infusion of LPS can induce an inflammatory response, decrease milk production and reduce milk quality. 相似文献

[目的]为速生桉树木材液化及其产物的应用提供参考。[方法]以硫酸为催化剂,苯酚为液化剂,对速生人工林桉树木材进行液化,并取液化产物与甲醛进行树脂化反应制备液化木基酚醛树脂LWPF,研究液比对液化反应效率、液化产物重均分子量及LWPF树脂胶合性能的影响。[结果]随着液比的提高,液化产物的残渣率及重均分子量均降低,而LWPF树脂制得的胶合板的木破率提高;当液比提高到一定程度后,液化产物的残渣率和重均分子量及LWPF树脂所制胶合板的木破率变化不明显。[结论]对速生桉树木材的液化工艺及其液化产物的树脂化合成工艺进行了优化。 相似文献

制备了大豆分离蛋白(Soy protein isolate,SPI)凝胶颗粒,并使用该颗粒制备了稳定的Pickering高内相乳液。通过粒径和ζ 电位测定、冷冻扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察以及外观分析,以流变特性为指标,对SPI凝胶颗粒和Pickering高内相乳液特性进行研究。结果表明,SPI凝胶颗粒的粒径和ζ 电位随pH值的变化而变化,当SPI凝胶颗粒pH值为4.0~5.0时,临近SPI等电点,ζ 电位的绝对值最小,此时凝胶颗粒相互聚集,不能成功制备稳定的高内相乳液。在pH值为 9.0时,大豆分离蛋白凝胶颗粒紧密结合在一起,呈凝胶网络状结构。在碱性条件下,蛋白质质量分数为1.00%、内相体积分数为78%~82%时,可以制备稳定的Pickering高内相乳液。通过增加内相体积分数,使大豆分离蛋白凝胶颗粒稳定的Pickering乳液体系分布更加均匀,不易发生聚集,形成更加致密稳定的多孔结构,且具有更强的弹性凝胶乳液特性。 相似文献

通过对色谱条件和样品前处理方法进行优化,建立固相萃取—亲水作用色谱法测定香菇(Lentinula edodes)中硫杂脯氨酸的检测方法。优化后的色谱条件为:Inertsil HILIC 亲水作用色谱柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)对样品进行分离测定,流动相采用乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(85∶15,v/v)等度洗脱,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长193 nm,柱温30℃。前处理方法为:香菇样品采用甲醇-水(70∶30,v/v)提取,MAX阴离子固相萃取小柱进行净化处理,甲醇-1.0%甲酸(90∶10,v/v)作为洗脱剂对目标物进行洗脱。检测结果表明,硫杂脯氨酸在2~100μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,加标回收率为96.3%~101.7%,相对标准偏差在1.3%~4.8%之间,检出限为0.76μg/g,定量限为2.31μg/g。该方法回收率高、简单、快速、无需衍生化,适用于香菇子实体硫杂脯氨酸的定量检测分析。 相似文献

Plants develop juvenile phase to adult phase in vegetative stage. Although soybean is a very important crop worldwide, there has been only one study of the juvenile–adult phase change. In this study, we determined that the juvenile–adult phase change occurred at different stages in two soybean cultivars that differ in their photosensitivity. Cultivar ‘Enrei’ (E1e2e3E4) is weakly photosensitive and cultivar ‘Peking’ (E1E2E3E4) is strongly photosensitive. In ‘Enrei’, the leaf size gradually increased at a constant leaf position regardless of the difference in day length. In ‘Peking’ plants transferred to short‐day conditions at several leaf development stages, leaf size gradually increased at different leaf positions. Expression of miR156 by ‘Enrei’ transferred to short‐day conditions had nearly the same pattern as that of ‘Enrei’ grown under long‐day conditions. In ‘Peking’, the expression of miR156 had different patterns in younger leaves of plants subjected to either a short‐day treatment or long‐day conditions. These results indicate that the E2 and E3 loci that regulate photosensitivity also regulate the expression of miR156 and the juvenile–adult phase change in soybean. 相似文献

为准确测定反式维生素K1的含量,建立了基于固相萃取-高效液相色谱串联质谱的甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)菜薹反式维生素K1高灵敏检测技术。样品经正己烷提取、中性氧化铝柱净化后,用C30反相色谱柱,以甲醇 (含0.025%甲酸+2.5 mmol/L甲酸铵)为流动相,采用选择反应监测(selected reaction monitoring, SRM)模式进行定量分析,20 min内可实现顺反异构体色谱分离。方法学考察结果显示,反式维生素K1在范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9985。该方法检出限为0.29 μg/kg,定量限为0.95 μg/kg。回收率为87.5%~117.6%,精密度(RSD)在0.72% ~9.59%之间。利用该方法对油菜薹和反式维生素K1含量高的3种蔬菜进行分析,发现油菜薹中反式维生素K1含量为340.08 μg/100g,高于小白菜(B. rapa spp. chinensis,260.93 μg/100g)、西兰花(B. oleracea var. Italic Planch, 167.65 μg/100g)和结球甘蓝(B. oleracea var. capitata,151.11 μg/100g)。本文建立的蔬菜中反式维生素K1准确定量分析方法操作简单、灵敏度高、结果准确。同时比较发现油菜薹是一种富含维生素K1的蔬菜。 相似文献

Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa) and kiwicha (Amaranthus caudatus) are nutritious pseudocereals that originate from the Andean region. The aim of this research was to study the effect of germination and the subsequent kilning on the phenolic compounds and proximate composition in selected Peruvian varieties of quinoa (“Chullpi”) and kiwicha (“Oscar Blanco”). The germination process was carried out for 24, 48 and 72 h at 22 °C, and the kilning was performed with samples germinated for 72 h by drying the seeds at 90 °C for 5 min. Both processes increased the protein content of the samples. However, lipid content was reduced during germination. On the other hand, germination and kilning clearly increased the concentration of total phenolic compounds in both quinoa and kiwicha. Germination for 72 h either with or without kilning process resulted in a significant (p < 0.05) increase in the total content of phenolics compared to untreated materials, which was especially due to coumaric acid and a kaempferol tri-glycoside in quinoa and caffeoylquinic acid in kiwicha. Based on the results, germination and kilning may improve the nutritional quality of the Andean grains, encouraging the usage of the processed grains as ingredients in functional products for people with special gluten-free or vegetarian diets. 相似文献
